Jim and Carol Looney are the owners of Arkansas Cycle Works having bought the business in 2002. They also owns 'Aircraft Maintenance Center, Inc.' located at the Russellville Airport. Jim has been working on all kinds of motors since he was young. After Jim's dad retired from the milltary he moved to Scranton, Arkansas. It was there that he started an airplane maintance business and there that Jim got really involved in aircrafy maintenance.

When not working, Jim loves riding bikes and flying. He has some almost unbelievable stories about both. Carol is the business manager and can be found most days at Arkansas Cycle Works.
